- Candles (must be unopened and unburned)

- Damaged Crystals and Gem Products (only products physically damaged in shipping are covered by this policy; due to the unique nature of crystals and gems we do not accept aesthetic returns)
- Geodes and loose stones
- Water Bottles
- Lights and Lamps
- Jewelry (bracelets, key chains, necklaces, pendants, and rings) that arrives broken or breaks within 30 days of purchase.
Returning Eligible Products
Use the contact form below to request a Return Authorization. You may be requested to send us photographs of any damaged products for our use in quality assurance. Your product must be returned in the original packaging including wrapping / packing materials and original box. Include a printed copy of the original invoice for correct customer identification. If the returned product arrives broken due to careless re-packaging, or if you return an order without a Return Authorization, your order will not be eligible for refund. Only eligible items may be returned for refund.
